BCC ni not metastasized..but locally invading the adjacent tissue..dats y we called it rodent’s ulcer…this BCC,the ulcer will never heal..once it got healed.it will form scab n again get ulcerated..repeatedly.. usually ppl with white skin[lack of melanin] more prone to develop this BCC…
